Digitally printing glass is new technology,the world famous machine brands-Dip-tech from Israel offer unlimited glass imaginations for world architects and designers.
Beside Dip-tech,many China machine manufacturers also developed similar function high temperature printing solutions,glass factories can print whatever patterns they want on glass surface to make achieve the unique glass appearance.
Gradient glass produced with digital printing machine is much better than silk screen process.but it has many disadvantages:
A.Low production efficiency. Because of the limitation of machine,the daily output of digitally printed glass is 100-200 sqm per day.
B.High cost.As the huge machine investment and low production efficiency,unit price of digitally printed glass is several times higher than that of silk screen glass.Unit printing costs is USD30-50/SQM.
